Episode 68: Stop Hitting the EASY Button

Easy choice, hard life. Hard Choice, easy life.
I didn’t know what to make of this statement when Judy Holler (episode 50) shared this nugget, but after some deep inner reflection I finally understand.

How often do we hit the easy button to “make our kids corporate or be quite”, give in despite saying no, do things reluctantly and get people please so not to rock the boat.

These “easy choices” lead us to hardship and it’s time for a shift! Join me in this episode as we explore all the little ways we are making choices that do not serve us and how to make the shift now.
